I am committed to improving outcomes for infants, children and young people. My practice is dedicated to ensuring that my work is informed by children’s rights. Rights-based practice means that children are central in all aspects of my professional practice. Whether our work together is research and evaluation, professional supervision, service design, or training, I work to ensure that children and young people are visible and heard.

Being attentive and responsive to the needs and rights of children who are dehumanized requires a workforce that exudes confidence and competence in relation to their authority and knowledge with an unwavering focus on the moral status of the child” (Bastian, 2020)
